Please be sure to thoroughly review our Shipping & Returns Policy. Failure to follow all instructions may result in your return request being denied.
We offer shipping to the lower 48 states, to exclude Hawaii and Alaska.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review your order details at this time as any necessary changes will need to be made prior to shipping. The confirmation email indicates that our system has processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. At this time, our transit team will confirm that your item(s) is in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. Upon receiving confirmation that your item(s) is available for immediate packaging and shipping, your payment will be processed within 5 business days from the date of your order.
If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via phone or email.
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed in the order they are received and are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Delivery typically takes place within 5-10 business days. There may be an increased turnaround time during peak holidays. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately and asked whether you would like to proceed with your order. Once the tracking numbers are available, they will be sent via email to the email address provided with your order. If you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 5 business days of your order, please check your junk and spam folders. If you still cannot locate the email, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please be aware that delivery address changes will not be allowed once an item has shipped. The item will need to be treated as a return and re-ordered. This is necessary in order to remain in compliance with Paypal and other credit card portal policies. Please see return policy below.
All large and heavy items will be shipped via freight. The default delivery method for all freight shipping is “curbside delivery”, which includes 2-man delivery with a liftgate. This delivery will be pre-scheduled with the customer. The customer is responsible for making arrangements for any large or heavy item(s) to be moved indoors and for assembly. It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item is able to fit in your home.
Receiving Instructions for Freight Delivery:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN YOUR RETURN REQUEST BEING DENIED.
Prior to signing for delivery:
1. Inspect the packaging of all item(s) for any damage or open packaging
2. Confirm the box count matches the number of packages listed on the bill of lading
3. If any items are open, damaged or missing, it is very important to take the following actions:
• Note “Open Package Upon Inspection”, “Damage Upon Inspection”, or “Missing Items Upon Inspection” on the bill of lading
Game Tables: All returns must be requested within 5 business days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if requested more than 5 business days after delivery. No returns will be accepted for items where the box or package has been opened, removed from the skid or shrinkwrap removed. PLEASE NOTE: The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee up to 25% of the purchase price may apply. A full inspection will be made upon the return of the item before a refund is applied.
Other Products: All returns must be requested within 10 business days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if requested more than 10 business days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price may apply. A full inspection will be made upon the return of the item before a refund is applied.

- Customer Name
- Order #
- Order date
- Product name
- Reason for return
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your return and indicating approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Orders canceled prior to the item(s) being shipped are not subject to any penalty. Orders canceled after shipping will be subject to a 10% administrative fee and will be treated as a return, incurring applicable restocking fees, as well as, customer responsibility for return shipping costs.
